Salú Parties

Incorporate wellness into your next group get-together! Rent our entire space and use it as you wish. We provide the hot saunas, red light therapy, cold plunge, halotherapy, towels, and LMNT electrolytes and you bring the party.

Do you have an upcoming gathering with friends and/or family? Incorporate wellness into your time together with a Salú Party! Enjoy the tranquil space, detox and destress in our top-of-the-line infrared saunas, energize your cells with red light therapy, breathe easy after your salt session, and release the dopamine and endorphins after cold plunging! During a Salú Party, you can try it all.  At this time, we can accommodate 6-8 people in our saunas.
