Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
We are so grateful that our sauna rooms are filling up on a daily basis. With consideration towards our valued customers and staff, we need 24 hours' notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. Those who wish to reschedule their appointment within the 24-hour window will incur a $10 charge. Those who cancel their appointment within that window will incur a $25 charge. On severe weather days, we ask for at least 6 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
We understand that life is busy and things happen, but we have limited spots available for paying members and package holders and have to adhere to this policy. You are able to change or cancel your appointment yourself online outside of the 24-hour window. If you call and we do not answer the phone, please leave a voicemail which shows us that you tried notifying us 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
