New! Membership Session Rollovers Give You More Flexibility 👏🏼

We know your life is busy—especially in the summer—and that’s why we’re making a big change to how your Salú membership works.

Starting May 1, any unused membership sessions will now roll over month-to-month with no cap—as long as your membership stays active. That means more flexibility, less pressure, and total peace of mind!

Frequently Asked Questions ✨

Q: How does session rollover work? Any unused sessions from your monthly membership will automatically roll over to the next month. You can build up as many as you'd like—no expiration, no cap—as long as your membership is active. For example, if you have a Bronze Membership and only use 3 out of your 4 sessions in May, one session will be added to your membership for June.

Q: Can I pause my membership and keep my sessions? Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 4 months and still keep your rolled-over sessions. When you resume your membership, your session bank will be right where you left it.

Q: What happens if I cancel my membership? If you cancel your membership, you’ll lose any unused sessions. To keep them, you can pause instead of canceling.

Q: Do rollover sessions ever expire? Rollover sessions never expire while your membership is active or paused (up to 4 months).

Q: Where can I see my rollover session balance? You’ll be able to view your total session count in your Vagaro member portal or ask the front desk any time.

Q: Why are you making this change? Because your membership should support your life—not stress you out. You deserve to enjoy your sessions when it works for you.

Q: Is this in effect only during the summer months? No. This change will continue indefinitely.
